As part of our university collaborations, an agreement on technical design was reached with Boğaziçi University. We use innovative and modular solution products that are accredited by academicians via experiments, in our projects.

Advanced Impermeability Feature

Thanks to the lock profile system developed for our modular building solutions, the problem of water leakage at the corners of the buildings has been eliminated.

Heat Abduction Blocking Technology

Heat abduction is minimized thanks to the use of quality materials and detail solutions at connection and junction points.

Durability

With high quality building materials, assembly and disassembly with threaded systems, and advanced design engineering used in our projects, we reduce the products’ deformation under load; and extend the durability.

Modular Transportation and Design

Modular living space products with easy assembly and disassembly features are transported with optimum cost and safety. Thanks to the horizontal loading method, the products are protected from damage may occur during the transportation process.
